Join WomenMTB for a no-drop group ride this Tuesday up the Green Pond trail! Look for me, Jane, at the main Green Pond trailhead on Snowbasin Road in my silver-green Subaru Outback and my bright green bike.

Location: Start by heading towards Snowbasin Resort (3925 Snow Basin Rd, Huntsville, UT 84317). Once you turn off Trapper's Loop onto Snowbasin Road, you'll drive about 1 or 2 miles towards Snowbasin and you'll see a parking area off the road to your right. Time: 6:00, wheels on the trail by 6:15!

Trail description: We'll be heading up the Green Pond trail towards Snowbasin. We'll ride it as a lolipop, making it about a 5 mile ride. Green Pond is a green/blue rated trail with very gradual climbing and minimal technicality. Depending on the group, we could continue past Green Pond and do the Last Chance Loop, which would add about 4-5 miles. The ride should take about 2 hours, including breaks.
