Ride Leaders: Nat Pin Holden
Trail: Little Cottonwood Canyon
Trail Description: Have you ridden this trail with us before? Come do it again and see how your skills have improved! Dependent upon skill level, time, and desires, we hope to tackle the trail up to the ruins, and then venture on the south side for the more technical section.
The Little Cottonwood Creek Trail is a lower-altitude alpine ride that starts right at the mouth of Salt Lake City's Little Cottonwood Canyon. The trail is a fairly wide single-track with some rocky sections. Out-and-back, the trail covers 7 miles. Elevation gain is 1300 feet. It's a quick, but challenging ride that will test your legs and your skills.
