Other things to know: Kids must have a bike with working gears and must be able to ride 4-5 miles. They must also have some mountain biking experience ages 7 and up. Wheels roll at 6:15 sharp!Smooth gradual climb up on well packed trail with good views, then there are some options for the downhill including easy/flat/smooth, a downhill only flowy section (my favorite!), and a downhill only loose chunky section, we can pick any of these options each lap.
