Other things to know: Kids must have a bike with working gears and must be able to ride 4-5 miles. They must also have some mountain biking experience ages 7 and up. Wheels roll at 6:15 sharp!Smooth gradual climb up on well packed trail with good views, then there are some options for the downhill including easy/flat/smooth, a downhill only flowy section (my favorite!), and a downhill only loose chunky section, we can pick any of these options each lap.
Directions to Trailhead: Wild Rose Trailhead, 609 Sky Crest Lane, North Salt Lake, UT. Take Highway 89 to Eagle Ridge Drive, head up the hill, turn right on Eaglepoint Dr., then left on Sky Crest Lane, park in the parking lot.

It is the rider's own choice to decide how much protection should be worn on rides. Spare tubes, bike pump and basic tools should be carried on all rides. Sufficient water and food should be taken on all rides. It is a good idea to bring your own First Aid kit on rides as well.
