Event Description:

Learn to get your wheels off the ground safely and with confidence. We will be breaking down the fundamentals of jumping by isolating each move and then putting them all together to create a full arc in jumping table tops.

Platform pedals are a must to fully understand how to stay heavy on your pedals.
