TRAIL NAME: Devils Castle Loop- Alta
Route Description: Starting at the Goldminer's Daughter Lodge (Wildcat Base) riding up Lower Albion Meadows trail to the Summer Road. We will take the Summer Road up through the campground connecting onto the Devil's Castle Single Track. A moderate climb on this single track brings us to our descent which flows through high alpine boulder fields and trees and then into fields of wildflowers!

“Grunt Factor”: 4/5 The majority of this ride is above 8,500ft with some steep climbing but the views and wildflowers make it worth it! (Not to mention the downhill!)

“Technical Factor”: 3.5/5 The uphill portion of this trail is done 70% on dirt road/double track. The downhill portion has a couple technical rock gardens (all walkable) and a few exposed tree root sections. Nothing on this trail is mandatory to ride, all have walkable options.
