Katie is a mountain bike enthusiast from Park City. She will be teaching an all levels flow that will be fun, feel good, and a chance to connect with the WomenMTB community. These classes are specifically designed for mountain bikers so you can head into the season feeling fully aligned and balanced and ready to crush! We will focus on:
*Core/Back Strength *Balance Strength *Back Extension *Hips/Hip Flexors Stretching *Shoulder/Chest Stretching/Heart opening
