Who is it for:

In this clinic we will play with body positioning and balance to work on Front Wheel Lifts, Pedal Punch Wheel Lifts, and Rear Wheel Lifts. We will have access to bathrooms and water. Pedaling will be limited (we will hit the trails to practice the skills we learn but will stick to a short practice loop).

This clinic is appropriate for most riders regardless of ability.
