We’ll navigate how to look for these cues, reject food rules, give yourself permission to eat fully, honor your own body intuition, and navigate body image. This will be an open and honest convo that will leave you with a greater understanding of how incredible your body is and how to properly nourish it for life so that you can continue to play without limits!
