THE LINE UP:
Mark Kugel from Kugel's Gravity School will be coaching along with Joy Brinkerhoff-Patten, Heidi McNaughten, Carrie Kirkpatrick and Rae Sutherland.

Mark is a level 2 PMBIA Certified coach who has made this his full time passion. I took a lesson from Mark last month and even though I have jumped for years, he finally helping me break it down and understand what I was doing right and wrong and how to make my jump consistent and safe. It was an amazing experience that I want to share with everyone.

THE LOW DOWN:
Ride at Trailside park in a small group of women. You can sign up for 1:00-5:00 or 2:00-6:00.

$80 for 4 hours of jump coaching
$65 for club members (limited to 6 spots so sign up quick)

For the first hour or so, Mark will review with a group of 10, the jump technique and use a couple of drills and methods to hit it home. For the rest of the time, our amazing lady coaches will each take a smaller group of 5 to practice and progress. We will split groups that day so you are progressing with peers at a similar rate.

This clinic is about giving you skills to take home and practice. We will help teach your body how to feel balanced while jumping anything.
