Who is it for: This clinic is for riders who feel stuck moving as one stiff unit with their bike instead of flowing with it. If you tense up on rough terrain, muscle through turns with your arms, or feel like your bike fights you on drops and berms, this is for you.

Whether you're new to the concept of body separation or you've heard the term and want to actually feel it click, this session breaks it down step by step. No experience with the skill is required, just a willingness to get on the bike and try something new.
